NRP Work Group to Present Framework for the Future this Thursday, July 24th

July 22, 2008 - On Thursday, July 24, 2008 the Minneapolis City Council committee of the Whole will hear a final report of the "Framework for the Future" from the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) Work Group. This report expands on the working documents presented in the progress report on June 19. The final report from the NRP Work Group is now available online at:


The final report includes descriptions of:

- Administrative funding to neighborhood organizations,
- A Neighborhood Investment Fund,
- The Community Innovation Fund,
- Sources of funding,
- A Neighborhood and Community Advisory Board,
- A Neighborhood and Community Relations Department, and
- Transition issues
