The funds are reallocated to the following Phase II strategies: (1) $138,444.20 in 1999 to Phase II strategy, Public Greenspace Enhancement and Amenities (Phase II Plan, Amenties and Public Spaces 1.1.1.); and (2) $138,444.19 ($126,444.19 in 1999 and $12,000 in 2000) to Phase II strategy, Multi-Modal Safety improvements (Phase II Plan, Safety and Livability 1.1.1.). (This is Phase I Plan Modification #7 and Phase II Plan Modification #1.)
